Excerpt from The Power of T.H.E. P.A.C.T. -

Every single person has the potential to make a meaningful contribution when working with individuals with disabilities. If you want to make a true difference – one that counts while serving this population in the area of adapted curriculum, you will need to embrace and implement tools and resources that not only assist you in time-efficient methods, but also yield the results you need based on teaching the most important components of that curriculum. Simply put, you will need to focus on doing a handful of essential things and doing them well.

As I said yesterday, you are a fantastic presenter and what a privilege the Springfield team feels we have that we are able to work with you on a monthly basis. You have a gift. You are so good at making each person 'on the train' feel valuable. Everyone got a compliment and recognition from you yesterday at some point in the training. We all left, parents and providers, with high self-esteem and confidence and renewed energy for the work that lay ahead. I'm so proud to know you and call you my friend as well as my colleague.
